IARN – Farmers and ranchers who operate businesses and limited liability companies are once again required to submit beneficial ownership information to the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Dustin Sherer, government affairs director for the American Farm Bureau Federation, said an appeals court ruling overturned an earlier order delaying the filing requirement.
