Cornwall police have charged 26-year-old Jarret Jodoin of Cornwall with theft under $5,000 and failure to comply with a probation order after the man, who was bound by a peace treaty, allegedly shoplifted from a business in Ninth Street East.
A 56-year-old Cornish man was charged with uttering threats causing death or bodily harm after allegedly threatening to kill his wife on November 28. His name was not released to protect the identity of the victim in the case.
