Raj Kundra says dragging wife Shilpa Shetty’s name during ED raids is ‘unacceptable’; ‘Respect the borders’

Earlier this week, it was reported that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided the house of actor Shilpa Shetty and her businessman husband Raj Kundra. The businessman has now broken the silence and shared the first statement after the incident. In his Instagram Stories on Saturday morning, Raj Kundra asked everyone not to “repeatedly drag my wife’s name in unrelated matters”.

He wrote: “To whom it may concern, while the media seems to have a flair for the dramatic, let’s set the record straight: I fully comply with the ongoing investigation that has unfolded over the past four years. As for the claims made by ‘associates’ , ‘pornography’ and ‘money laundering’, let’s just say that no amount of sensationalism will cloud the truth; in the end, justice will prevail!”

He added: “A note to the media: It is unacceptable to repeatedly drag my wife’s name into unrelated matters. Please respect the boundaries.!!! #ED”

According to media reports, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has conducted searches at 15 locations, including the Juhu residence of businessman Raj Kundra and his wife, Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty. The raids also expanded to offices and properties related to Kundra’s business operations in Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh. These actions are part of an ongoing investigation into a money laundering case related to Kundra’s alleged involvement in pornography racket.
