12 days until election day: what’s new?
The 2024 presidential election is just 12 days away, and both former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris will be campaigning in battleground states. FOX 5 NY’s Briella Tomasetti has her latest look.
NEW YORK – In recent weeks Election Day 2024, Vice President Kamala Harris is calling former President Donald Trump a “fascist” after his longest-serving chief of staff, John Kelly, said he praised Hitler while in office. Harris called the statements “an emergency call to the American people.”
This comes after a new poll shows Trump leading Harris 47% to 45%, according to a Wall Street Journal poll released Wednesday. Harris had a narrow 2-point lead in the Journal’s August poll, but both polls were within the margin of error.

- “Trump has a slight advantage over Harris.”: In the final weeks of the race, Trump gained a slight lead in a Wall Street Journal poll (October 23)
