The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) organized a ‘Gender Sensitization Program’ on Saturday, November 30, 2024. This program aimed to increase awareness among newly appointed employees about sexual harassment in the workplace, the provisions of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, and the importance of promoting an inclusive and respectful work environment.
Prof. Stressing the importance of a gender-sensitive workplace, Singh stated that a safe and inclusive environment is essential for the development of both individuals and institutions. Gender equality and respect are fundamental values for us, and this awareness program is an important step towards ensuring a dignified and collaborative workplace for our employees.
