Producer Allu Arvind has urged restraint after his residence in Jubilee Hills was attacked by unknown miscreants on Monday. Speaking to the media, he said: “We remain calm and do not want to react to such incidents. The police have arrested the persons involved and assured us of safety.” He stressed that such acts should not be encouraged and that the law would take its course.
Earlier in the day, a group of unidentified persons, claiming to be OU JAC leaders, allegedly pelted stones at actor Allu Arjun’s residence. Videos circulating online show the group demanding justice for Sri Tej’s family and accusing Allu Arjun of not supporting them. The identity and motives of the attackers continue to be investigated, adding another layer of complexity to this developing controversy.
Reacting to the incident, Allu Arjun addressed his fans on X (formerly Twitter) and urged them to act responsibly. “I appeal to all my fans to express their feelings responsibly, as always, and not resort to any form of offensive language or behavior, whether online or offline,” he wrote. He also issued a stern warning to those who misused his name. “I misrepresent my fans with fake IDs and fake profiles. If anyone indulges in abusive messages, strong action will be taken against him. I request fans not to bother with such messages.”
The attack on Allu Arjun’s residence has raised security concerns and the role of social media in fueling tensions. Police are continuing their investigation and are increasing vigilance around the actor’s home.
