This is the shocking moment a gang of thieves jumped over the counter of an Asda petrol station and stole alcohol and cigarettes, leaving shoppers stunned.
The group filled bags with alcohol and cigarettes and walked out like supermarket employees guards stood watching the gang remove the goods.
The video shared online shows how one of the employees calls to report the theft to the police.
One stunned shopper said: ‘They’re doing what they’re supposed to do.
“I just came to get gas.”
Then he added, “Why don’t they stop them?
‘F****** hell.’
The raid took place on the Asda Express at the Texaco garage on Wandsworth Road, Battersea, South London.

The video was recorded and shared on December 23 and attracted a lot of attention online.
A Met Police spokesperson said: ‘At around 8pm on Monday, December 23, officers responded to a suspected burglary at a shop on Wandsworth Road, Nine Elms.
“The incident is now under investigation. Anyone with information should call 101, quoting reference 6407/23DEC.”
It follows a surge in shoplifting last year during the cost of living crisis.
A local resident called Nicole joked: “At least the Mayor of London got a knighthood.”
Dan said: ‘By the end of 2025, all stores will essentially be click-and-collect only.’
Another added: ‘London is now lawless.’
Steve Thomas said: ‘I would like to have the right to carry a firearm in Britain.’
