Krystopher M. Jeffers, 28, of 1152 Memorial Ave., has been charged with shoplifting after fleeing Sheetz, 105 Maynard St., around noon with $93 in merchandise, city police alleged. He was stopped in the 800 block of West Third Street, arraigned before Solomon and jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail. Police said this was Jeffer’s third arrest for shoplifting.
