Marvel Rivals players have indicated one thing that turned them, and this time it has nothing to do with dealing with an OP character.
Like any other online multiplayer game, playing Marvel Rivals isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. We’ve all had bad days, and no matter how well we play, we’ll always have to deal with them a team of 5 duelists or get beaten by Iron Fist without anyone helping, among other annoying things.

These kinds of things happen often, and when they do, it’s no secret that they sometimes make players play worse, because it’s hard to concentrate when you start to tilt.
Now players have pointed out something else that’s making them angry – and surprisingly, it has nothing to do with that dealing with OP characters or the lack of role lock in the game.

A closer look at Galacta, the in-game announcer.
Galacta may not be part of the full selection at the time of writing, but she is the only character you hear very often, as she has been the announcer in the game since the beta period.
Although with that in mind, many have admitted that they are not fans of her because she sounds so ‘annoying’ that it affects them. One user wrote: “No offense to the VA, but Galacta gets on my nerves. I can’t listen to her without hearing that…THING from League of Legends…’

Another user claimed: “Galacta’s lines are so slanted that the ‘you win’ voice line annoys me, so yes please, any other option would be nice.”
One user even went so far as to say, “Really, it physically hurts my ears even at low volume and it just makes me more angry.”
Meanwhile, one user said: “Seriously, her voice is so annoying. I would buy a package for another announcer in a heartbeat, and I haven’t spent a dime on the game yet.”

“She just talks a little too much. The lines that come into play when you win massively or lose badly are excessive,” someone chimed in. If broadcast packages do make it into the game, others have suggested that developers Samuel L. Jackson, Jarvis, J. Jonah Jameson and even Khonshu will be exclusive to Moon Knight.
