AIIMS Bhopal doctors team honored in Gwalior

Under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Ajai Singh, Executive Director, AIIMS Bhopal, a three-day Mega Medical Camp will be organized in Gwalior from December 25 to 27 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna and former Prime Minister. Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. For this, a team of 160 doctors and paramedics from AIIMS Bhopal left in four buses on Tuesday.

This medical camp is organized to provide free, quality medical services to the people of Gwalior and surrounding areas. During the trip to Gwalior, Guna philanthropist Manish Krishnani made special arrangements for refreshments and snacks in Biaora and Guna for the team.

He honored the doctors and said, “Doctors are the true heroes of society, who save lives through their hard work and continuous service. Their dedication and sacrifice cannot be expressed in words, but respecting them is our utmost responsibility.”

The three-day camp offers 25 different specialties and super special OPDs. This includes expert doctors from departments such as cardiology, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, nephrology, neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics, oncology, general medicine and more, who will advise, diagnose and treat the patients.

Highlighting the importance of the camp, Prof Ajai Singh said, “This mega medical camp is an attempt to honor the legacy of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee and his deep bond with Gwalior. Our goal is to make high-quality medical services accessible to the general public. AIIMS Bhopal will ensure that patients undergoing treatment at the camp receive continuous medical care at the institute if required.
