JASPER, Texas (KTRE) – Jasper police have released the identity of a Jasper man accused of the armed robbery of a gas station.
Adrien Didier, 19, was arrested Wednesday after police responded to a report of a robbery at Texaco around 9 p.m. Thanksgiving.
Upon arrival in the 1000 block of North Wheeler, the clerk told police the suspect, wearing a mask, was walking behind the counter. He then pulled out a gun and demanded cash, according to a Jasper police statement.
Didier fled the scene but was later identified and arrested. Didier confessed to the crime, according to the release.
He is charged with aggravated robbery and is being held in the Jasper County Jail on $100,000 bond.
