Calm and cool days ahead

LAS VEGAS — We will be in the upper 30s and low 40s at sunrise with high clouds and calm conditions. Afternoon readings will reach 61° with mostly sunny skies and light winds of 5 miles per hour. In the coming nights, minimum temperatures will drop to around 40° again. Plan for mid 60s Thursday and Friday as light winds remain. Saturday afternoon we will be approaching 70 degrees, despite being mostly cloudy. South-westerly winds will reach 40 km/h on Saturday, 32 km/h on Saturday night and 40 km/h on Sunday (when rain chances rise to 30%). The F1 race is Saturday night from 10pm to midnight, and we’ll have temperatures near 60 degrees with 10mph winds, mostly cloudy conditions and a 10% chance of a few showers. Sunday may be wet at times, and morning temperatures in the 50s won’t return to the mid-60s until the afternoon as clouds and wind accentuate the cold. A slight 20% chance of rain remains Monday and Tuesday as highs drop into the low 60s. The days around Thanksgiving are looking a bit cooler, with a current forecast of a high of 58° on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
