Kjell Gruner has 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. In 1997 he was founded as Berater at the Boston Consulting Group, after which he followed positions at Porsche and DaimlerChrysler. Gruner was Chief Commercial Officer and President, Business Growth for Rivian Automotive, he managed as President and CEO of Porsche’s Nordamerika-Geschäft.
In the 9 months of 2024, Volkswagen sold 769,000 vehicles in North America, a plus of more than 7 percent of the year. In the main US market the Volkswagen Konzern is 1.5 Prozent.
