FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — The City of Fresno announced Wednesday that it is terminating its lease agreement with the Central Valley Community Sports Foundation (CVCSF) on Granite Park.
The city says CVCSF was notified on May 17, 2024 that multiple issues needed to be resolved in order to maintain the lease.

Officials with the city say the foundation owes the city more than $1.3 million.
This includes the following costs
- Past due rent $708,000
- PG&E costs $263,000
- Water and sewer costs $151,000
- Billboard revenue $181,000
The city says it will no longer subsidize CVCSF’s operations at Granite Park, but will continue to recognize all existing agreements for baseball and football events.
