Fashion icon Tom Ford unloaded his contemporary home Jungleweg 241 last year after I owned it only five months. Now the house is back on the market for $78.5 million. Frankly, it’s difficult to track the property’s sales history, which includes a home exchange between Ford and current owners Brian Kosoy and his wife Andrea.
The home exchange (that’s Palm Beach, right?) was said to be valued at $100 million, but since there are a lot of real estate transactions happening on the island, the details of the transaction are super duper, cross your heart, swear to die , pinky swear secret.
Mark Bellissimo is king of the world! Or at least some Wellington horse stuff
The Pierson Road horse venue is back in the hands of Mark Bellissimo’s Wellington Lifestyle Partners after the property was sold three years ago but I recently bought it back while Bellissimo plans two luxury neighborhoods nearby, a 114-acre horse megacenter and world domination.
You see, there’s plenty of competition from Sarasota and Ocala to challenge Wellington’s equestrian status, and Bellissimo is determined to retain Wellington’s crown as a premier equestrian venue. Well done, Mr. Bellissimo. I took riding lessons when I was 10 and I salute you.
