14-year-old from Canada arrested in swatting incident at Bethlehem school

A 14-year-old from Canada has been arrested in connection with the threats against Bethlehem High School, the FBI and Bethlehem police announced Monday.

The youths are charged in Canada with public unrest, making threats, fraudulent use of a computer and indecent communication.

The district received in September six phone calls threatening gun violence in middle school, high school and against the football team.

The district received in October four threatening phone calls in two days on October 1 and 2.

No threats were found. The police have previously said they are not credible.
