-India will launch soon!

The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure has been spotted testing once again. This time, however, the bike takes part in international competitions. This is one way to test the off-road capabilities of the 390 Adventure by putting it to the test. Interestingly, the bike in the photos is wrapped in almost no camouflage, which gives us an idea of what the bike will look like.

What immediately catches our attention is the Dakar motorcycle-style fairing. Vertically stacked dual LED projector headlights, surrounded by an LED daytime running ring and a high windshield, give the new KTM 390 Adventure the look of a real big bike. Not to mention the high-mounted fender and 21-inch wire-spoke front wheel that accentuate the silhouette of the new KTM 390 Adventure.

There is quite a bit of visual mass around the fuel tank. It appears to be a metal piece surrounded by a plastic cover. The tank extensions feature a sharp design that is quintessential KTM.

The side and rear sections of the 390 Adventure integrate like a puzzle and constitute another interesting element of the bike’s design. The LED tail light is part of the rear section. You can also notice split grab handles on the rear seat.

Under the bodywork you can see a steel trellis frame, which is suspended on an adjustable WP Apex fork and a WP monoshock. Braking is handled by a disc brake at the front and rear.

As we reported earlier, KTM is working on multiple variants of the new KTM 390 Adventure, and this particular example is aimed at those looking to go far off-road. Since this test bike is an off-road competition, you can see more off-road tires and a metal spreader plate.

The bike will be powered by the KTM 390 Duke engine. This 399cc single-cylinder engine produces 45.3 HP and 39 Nm. You can expect this engine to produce similar power and torque to the ADV. That said, KTM may change the sprocket to suit the use of ADV wheels.

Finally, expect KTM to include a long list of features on the new 390 Adventure. Expect a color TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, switchable traction control, switchable ABS, quick shifter and more.

KTM is likely to launch the new 390 Adventure in India soon after its debut, which is expected to take place at the 2024 EICMA in November.
