26-year-old man arrested after claiming to have a gun during a robbery in Baltimore

Police have arrested a 26-year-old man after an unarmed robbery in north Baltimore, according to officials.

Police say that on November 6 around 4:28 p.m., officers went to the 3200 block of St. Paul Street to investigate a call for an unarmed robbery.

Upon arrival, officers said they were told a man had entered the business and began removing merchandise.

The staff approached the suspect, who then stated that he had a weapon and fled with the merchandise.

Officers searched the area, found and arrested the suspect, a 26-year-old man.

The suspect was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility for processing.
