Snow totals in New Mexico for the early November 2024 storm

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – Heavy snow reached New Mexico on Wednesday, continued to fall on Thursday and is expected to continue into Friday. Blizzard warnings were issued for parts of the state on Thursday.

Near Albuquerque/East Mountains

  • Sandia Heights: 17.5 cm (November 7)

  • Northeast Albuquerque: 3.5 inches (Nov. 7)

  • Taylor Ranch: 3.5 inches (November 7)

  • Rio Rancho: 5.5 inches-7.5 inches (November 7)

  • Cedar Crest: 9.1 inches (November 7)

  • Edgewood: 15 inches (November 7)

  • Cedar Grove: 24 inches (November 7)
