The man told reporters on Thursday that the alleged incident took place in Hisar district and said he has sent a copy of his complaint to the police, the National Human Rights Commission and the Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
The man alleged that the HCS officer recruited him as a peon on contract basis and said, “He used to call me for massages at his official residence. When he started doing wrong things, I refused several times, but he always carried a gun and threatened to fire me.
“I later filmed a video of this exploitation to collect evidence. I stopped going there and decided to either die or file a complaint against him. I am a heart patient,” the contract employee alleged, adding that this had been going on for six months.
“The officer received massages from the employee in the driver’s room at his official residence, but he started doing wrong things during the process,” he alleged.
Meanwhile, Hisar’s Superintendent of Police Shashank Kumar Sawan said on Thursday that they had received the complaint through post.
“We called him to record his statement,” said the SP. PTI SUN NSD NSD
